Role Overview
Crowdera Foundation is seeking a Program Designer to conceptualize, design, and structure high-impact social programs for NGOs and social innovators. The role involves program design, proposal writing, and developing monitoring frameworks to ensure measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and structure programs based on community needs assessments
Develop grant proposals, project plans, budgets, and Theory of Change
Align programs with organizational strategy and donor requirements
Create M&E frameworks, KPIs, and reporting tools
Collaborate with internal teams, field partners, and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
2–5+ years experience in program design, project development, or M&E
Strong proposal writing, research, and analytical skills
Understanding of donor compliance and NGO operations
