Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Nagpur. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and explaining and promoting services. Day-to-day tasks will involve facilitating sales of the company's forensic services, maintaining updated customer records, and contributing to team sales goals by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Sales expertise, ability to identify opportunities, and convert leads into successful deals
Experience in providing training and guidance to customers or team members is a plus
Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a target-oriented approach
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tools (desirable)
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
