About Centre For Learning Resources (CLR)
Centre for Learning Resources (CLR) is one of the oldest Indian non-profit educational institutions of the Society for Educational Improvement and Innovation, based out of Pune, founded by India's veteran educator couple John Kurrien & Zakiya Kurrien. We have been working in the domains of early childhood care and development (ECCD), Foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) & English as a second language (ESL) since 1984.
We have supported various government organisations and NGOs across the country in 9 states which include Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Offshore engagements have included Indonesia & Nepal.

About the Role:
Description & Responsibilities
The M&E Associates will work with the Program Managers and associates to ensure project goals are achieved. Additionally, they will collaborate with members across teams as and when required.
The
Key Responsibilities Are As Follows
Gain a comprehensive understanding of program delivery by reviewing Theory of Change (ToCs), Logical Frameworks (LFAs), and other project documents.
Support the M&E team in designing and conducting project evaluation
Assist the Program and M&E teams in designing and validating tools to measure the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.
Contribute to the development of evidence-based data collection plans.
Design contextualized and standardized M&E/testing tools aligned with training progress and the overall M&E framework.
Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely data collection across different teams and regions.
Analyze data to generate actionable insights for program teams.
Prepare and compile project progress reports, status updates, and other documentation as needed.
Support the maintenance of data management systems and conduct regular data quality checks.
Supervise, Support and mentor in all the M&E related work to reportees
Comprehensive knowledge of developing SOPs, Survey tools, Dashboards, KPIs.
Travel to districts, when required, to support and facilitate field-level data collection.
Actively participate in organizational meetings and contribute to strengthening M&E structures.

Education & Experience
Degree in education or related statistics/policy evaluation / social science/ social work/management discipline. Master's degree preferred.
3 Years of experience relevant to job responsibilities, after relevant minimum qualification

Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
Prior experience or familiarity with implementing developmental programs is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with working proficiency in Hindi or Marathi (oral and written).
Ability to take initiative and operate effectively in an autonomous, semi-structured work environment.
Foundational understanding of development discourse, as well as education programs and policies in India.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and resourcefulness in addressing emerging challenges.
Strong proficiency in creating presentations and working with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Exposure to data visualization platforms
Working knowledge of data collection tools including Survey CTO, Kobo Toolbox, and Google Forms.
Patience and resilience to navigate setbacks and uncertainties while maintaining focus on goals.

Compensation :
Apart from being a part of a young and dynamic learning team, the individual will receive a healthy compensation at par with the non-profit sector benchmark for this position, commensurate with the individual's prior experience and qualifications. The current compensation band offered, based on fit and experience is 6-7 Lakh INR per annum CTC based on the previous experience.
