Site Foreman / Manager
An established and reputable civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves the delivery of infrastructure projects in the Moray area of Scotland, with full responsibility for site operations, safety, quality, and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all on‑site activities from project start through to final handoverCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure smooth delivery of worksEnsure all works comply with technical specifications, drawings, and industry standardsChampion health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a strong safety culture on siteLiaise closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to manage progress and resolve issuesMaintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and progress reportsMonitor programme performance and provide regular updates to senior managementEssential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Site Foreman and/or Site Manager role within civil engineeringBackground in infrastructure works such as earthworks, reinforced concrete, deep drainage, roads, and utilitiesStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsHNC, HND, or Degree in Construction Management or Civil EngineeringSMSTS or SSSTS certificationNRSWA Supervisor accreditationValid 3-Day First Aid certificateCSCS Gold or Black (Management) cardFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer
