Overview

As a Care Worker with Cross Reach, you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting older people to feel safe, valued and truly r role is about more than care tasks. It’s about offering comfort, companionship and dignity, and making each day better for the people you support.

About You / Qualifications
  • You’re caring, dependable and patient, with a gentle and thoughtful approach to your work. You understand the importance of person-centred care and building trust.
  • Ideally, you’ll hold or be working towards an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care.
  • You’ll be registered with the SSSC, be a member of the PVG Scheme, and have basic computer skills for training and documentation.
  • You’ll also be comfortable working within and supporting Cross Reach’s Christian ethos.
