Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service, managing guest enquiries, answering calls, handling daily banking tasks, and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel’s amenities, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
