A 14 bedroom village hotel with a busy bar is recruiting a professional couple or dynamic duo to jointly lead kitchen operations and front of house service. This role suits an experienced hospitality pair looking for a long term, live in opportunity where responsibility, teamwork, and guest experience sit at the centre of the job.

One of you will take responsibility for the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and service standards.
One of you will lead front of house, managing bar service, guest welcome, and day to day hospitality.
Together, you will ensure smooth day to day running of the hotel, bar, and guest experience.
You will work closely as a small team, taking shared responsibility for standards, reliability, and service.
You will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support the reputation of the hotel within the local community.

This is a full time, live in role starting from mid March.
The role is intended as a long term opportunity, with commitment through to 31 October 2026 for the right couple.
Live in accommodation is provided as part of the role.

You will both have solid experience in hospitality, covering kitchen and front of house roles.
You will be confident working independently and as part of a small team.
You will demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
You will be able to provide proof of work history and reliable references.
A genuine passion for delivering a great guest experience is essential.

Live in accommodation from mid March.
