McDonald’s is recruiting Team Members to join its restaurant team in Nairn, supporting day to day operations and delivering a positive customer experience.

This role is suited to someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast moving, customer focused environment.

As a Team Member, you will support all areas of the restaurant, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness in front and back of house areas.

You will deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while following food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.

You will work as part of a supportive team, helping ensure every customer has a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience.

This role is available on a full time or part time basis.

Shifts are flexible and can be arranged to fit around other commitments.

The role is based at the McDonald’s restaurant in Nairn.

You should be welcoming, courteous, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude are important.

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The hourly rate for this role is £9.52 – £12.50 per hour.
