Event Promotions Assistant

At Resilient Enterprise, we work directly with charity organizations that help the community in various ways. The goal of the Event Promotions Assistant is to help generate donations that go directly to our charity partners. As our footprint expands in Houston, we are looking to develop driven individuals into executive roles that help both our company and the charities we work with influence more children.

• Attend daily events with retail and corporate clients to educate the community on how their donations help the charities we work with
• Receive in-depth training on marketing and communications to effectively interact with customers and expand the impact our charity partners have
• Engage in daily team functions to develop personal and professional skills to both further career development and our client's goals
• Professionally interact with customers to process private donation details

• Cultivate an extensive understanding of the brands we represent
• Resourcefully implement promotional strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Initiate the sales cycle and maximize profit
• Acquiesce to customer preferences
• Adapt quickly to changing environments
• Collaborate with team members to execute promotional activities

• 0-2 years experience in serving/waiting, retail, or event-staffing
• Excited to learn skills that will lead to career development and community outreach
• Motivated to grow with a company focused on developing leadership and giving back to the community
• Determined to work with a team to reach company and client goals
• Consistent, solution‑seeking individual with great enthusiasm for troubleshooting when encountering obstacles
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• High School Diploma required
• BA/BS degree preferred
