Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team, with a specific emphasis on candidates prepared for a travel-intensive position. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience in the construction field but also be willing and ready to travel frequently to various job sites. This role demands a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in different work environments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites.
* Participate in demolitions (Demo).
* Work on framing structures (Framing).
* Install drywall and acoustical ceilings.
* Handle FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) and wall paneling tasks.
* Perform painting tasks on a variety of surfaces.
* Install cabinets and perform other carpentry tasks.
* Work on finishing tasks for a variety of construction projects.
* Participate in digging trenches, and setting braces to support the sides of excavations.
* Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
* Follow all health and safety regulations.
* Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
* Operate tools and machines, such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, drills, etc.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a construction worker.
* Familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
* Excellent physical condition and stamina.
* High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
* Construction Safety training or certification will be a plus.
