You'll Do
  • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with integrated care teams including advanced practitioners, nurses, behavioral health, and population health specialists.
  • Contribute to innovative care delivery models that improve access, experience, and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement and data‑driven decision‑making to advance patient care.
  • Enjoy a flexible 4‑day work schedule that supports balance and well‑being.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for Idaho medical licensure.
  • A passion for accessible, team‑based, and patient‑centered care.
