As needed, Monday – Friday.

MTC is proud to operate the Tulsa Job Corps Center in Tulsa, OK where our staff provide quality services to local youth. We value professional and caring employees dedicated to improving people’s lives and want you to join our team.

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/or instruction.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe training environment.

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of job‑related experience working with youth.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
