Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Join an innovative team in Nampa as a Drafter
! You’ll turn rough sketches and notes into precise, detailed drawings that are essential to our engineering projects. Using your CAD skills (especially Solid Works) and understanding of engineering principles, you’ll ensure designs are accurate and production‑ready.

You’ll be more than a drafter—you’ll help establish and maintain documentation standards that keep projects efficient and consistent. If you’re detail‑oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a team that values precision and innovation, we’d love to meet you!

• Prepare clear, complete working plans and detailed drawings from sketches or notes.
• Check dimensions, materials, and part relationships for accuracy.
• Use CAD software (Solid Works) to create and modify technical drawings.
• Apply engineering and manufacturing principles to product design.
• Maintain technical documentation and drawing standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

• 2+ years of drafting experience (Solid Works preferred).
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in drafting or related field preferred.
