To manage, control, and improve the process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities where needed.

• Manage DFx development associated with RFQs
• Support DFx guideline development
• Lead new customer/product introductions
• Manage process controls
• Lead new technology development/implementation
• Model Plexus Core Values, driving succession planning, development, and coaching for the team

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
• Eight (8) years of related experience required;
  Three (3) or more years of related experience preferred

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting and ergonomics; prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer are expected

• Less than 40%
