Dynamic and self‑driven technology value‑stream leader serving as the principal investigator to spearhead groundbreaking transformations in Plexus’ operational processes. This role integrates site operations and customer needs with industry and academic advancements to drive cost, schedule and quality transformational improvements.

• Craft a compelling vision of the future and rally stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes.
• Ignite and guide scalable technology deployments through the entire lifecycle.
• Champion resource and budget management for innovative, validating and implementing impactful changes.
• Lead with charismatic communication to build alignment and facilitate rapid decision‑making.
• Create dynamic collaborations with internal and external partners to unify operational strategy.
• Model Plexus Core Values, hold the team accountable, and drive succession planning.

• Minimum 12 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or 5 years with a PhD.
