Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Outpatient​/Inpatient Cardiology

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa, and Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seek a cardiac Advanced Practice Provider genuinely interested in cardiovascular disease and a patient centered approach to inpatient and outpatient care with a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. The role of this provider would be to provide outpatient support for Heart Care patients. This includes supervising stress testing for EKG, Nuclear Stress and Stress ECHO within the clinic, placing orders, performing patient visits, medication management and working closely with the clinic cardiologists.

The schedule for this position is M-F Days; rotating weekend hospital coverage & 50/50 position between hospital and clinic.

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho;
  Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System's general internal program across all communities we serve.
• Previous advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management preferred.
