Reception Float - Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell Clinics

We are currently searching for kind, service-oriented, and inclusive individuals to join our team as a float in the west of the treasure valley.

The Reception Float shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients by floating between the needed Full Circle Health Clinics to assist patients with check-in, check out, scheduling, and messaging center processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Schedule is Monday - Friday with the opportunity for evenings or Saturday morning rotations.

• Education: High School/GED
• Experience: 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred and previous call center experience preferred.

We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff must be fully vaccinated before joining our organization.
