We are seeking a full‑time Pharmacist for our Meds‑to‑Beds team in Nampa, Idaho. This is a 7 on 7 off position with a shift time of 1900‑0700. In this role the Pharmacist is responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients and customers of the medical center.

• A dynamic, fast‑paced environment with frequent movement between the outpatient pharmacy, ED, inpatient units, and urgent care
• High levels of direct patient interaction, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on medication understanding and adherence
• A blend of clinical decision‑making, operational coordination, and patient education
• Close collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and pharmacy technicians to support smooth and timely discharges
• The ability to reduce readmissions, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance continuity of care through proactive medication management
• A role that requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient‑focused mindset

• Education:
  
  Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Valid Pharmacist License in state of practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
