Job Summary
We are seeking a full‑time RN for our night shift at the Nampa Birkeland Maternity Center. This position offers sign‑on incentives and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities- Provide labor & delivery nursing care for mothers and babies.
- Assist with delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal support as needed.
- Work in both the Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units, covering three shifts a week (7 pm‑7 am).
- Follow evidence‑based protocols and contribute to a safe, respectful environment.
- RN license in Idaho before hire date (or multistate license with IDB residency established within 60 days).
- Proof of application for Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire.
- BLS/HCP certification (American Heart Association).
- ACLS and NRP certifications required or obtained within six months of hire.
- PALS, STABLE and NCC‑EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire.
- Prior nursing experience, preferably in LDRP, is desired.
- Average of 100 deliveries per month.
- 20 private LDRP suites.
- 2 ORs.
- 4 Level II NICU beds (34 weeks to term).
