This is a part-time, remote role located in Nampa,  the Insurance Personal Lines Manager, you will oversee personal lines accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and manage insurance policies for individual clients. Key responsibilities include conducting policy reviews, managing underwriting processes, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring that all accounts are efficiently managed to meet customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, addressing their insurance needs, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

• Proficiency in Insurance, with a strong understanding of Personal Insurance products and services.
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles, processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong Account Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple personal lines accounts effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• State insurance licensing as applicable to personal lines (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required.
