Dillon Toyota Lift is the authorized Toyota forklift dealer in Utah and Idaho. We are a full‑service provider of new and used forklifts, rentals, parts, service, and warehouse racking solutions. We have an immediate opening for a Service and Parts Specialist in our Nampa, Idaho location. This role provides support to the Parts and Service departments. Job duties will vary and involve all facets of warehouse operations and customer service support.

EssentialJob Duties
- Parts Counter Support. Assist the Parts department by checking in and storing parts that are delivered, pulling parts for technicians, and assisting with other parts‑related items.
- Teamwork. Maintain regular communication and follow up with the Parts, Rental, and Service departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; collaborate and cooperate with supervisors and co‑workers; project a positive and helpful attitude.
- Organize work areas. Regular upkeep of facility maintenance priorities; organize materials and equipment; create an efficient system for ASEC compliance to keep the warehouse safe and clean; report any problems or needs as they occur.
- Manual labor. Assist with various assignments as directed; heavy lifting; equipment cleaning; operate equipment or tools on a regular basis; sweep, mop, shovel, or remove debris, etc.
- Monitor inventory. Pull parts for repairs or sale; physically receive and stock inventory into the proper warehouse location; monitor inventory levels.
- Oversee shipping and receiving. Load and unload materials and products; verify the quantity of items received against invoices; complete paperwork and keep a detailed account of materials that enter and leave the warehouse; assist with rental check‑in and check‑out inspections.
- Safety and training. Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures; cross‑train in other departments; attend technical training or safety classes when requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Or any combination of education and experience that is necessary to perform essential duties.
- Previous experience in a warehouse/shop role, automotive parts, and sales. Experience in material handling or a related industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills and database tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and deal with frequent interruptions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required.
- Clean driving record, willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
