This position involves operating a range of heavy equipment—including front‑end loaders, knuckle‑boom loaders, bulldozers, wheel loaders, and all‑terrain forklifts—in a 40‑acre outdoor manufacturing environment. The purpose of operators is to move bulk material safely and in accordance with company safety procedures.

• Observe equipment operation to detect malfunction.
• Interpret job specifications to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Perform routine maintenance: lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment.
• Complete daily equipment reports.
• Operate levers, gears, pedals, and steering to control equipment properly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• At least two (2) years’ experience with heavy equipment or front‑end loader.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
• English literacy for reading, writing, and numerical record keeping.
• Physical ability to sit, climb, shift, and operate in extreme outdoor climates.
• Ability to lift or move up to 65 ℓbs from the ground; use of manual or mechanical aid as required.
• Capacity for visual, auditory, or cognitive judgement during operation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capability to function as a reliable team member with clear performance in a team‑based environment.
