Quintex Molding is looking for a CNC Machinist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Qualified candidates would have proficient CAD/CAM experience, a broad understanding of machining fundamentals, diagnostic and mechanical skills, and an understanding of complex mechanical assemblies. This position requires proactive thinking, problem solving skills, mechanical inclination, self-motivation, organization, and collaborative input. CAD and general design proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities- Building custom injection molds using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM, Haas CNC mills, lathes, surface grinders, radial arm drills, and other machinery.
- Maintaining, repairing, changing over, cleaning, and rebuilding injection molds and their internal components.
- Troubleshooting mold issues based on part defects, and executing effective repairs.
- Collaborating with and assisting other employees in various tasks to help support and maintain a cooperative workplace.
