We are seeking quality candidates to join our team as we continue to grow! Starting pay is $19-$20 DOE, with potential to earn up to $22-$24 per hour after training. A retention bonus is also available after 6 months.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts according to production guidelines
• Perform spot checks to ensure quality standards
• Notify supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment issues
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
• Learn and work in multiple production areas

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
