This position entails working in a heavy‑duty industrial environment that encompasses all aspects of sugar production. Successful candidates will perform a variety of tasks within the sugar factory. No specific experience is necessary – training is provided.

• Work rotating 12‑hour shifts – 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
• Schedule includes days off in between rotations and one full week off each month.
• Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays per schedule.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Work in temperature extremes both hot and cold, indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Read and comprehend written instructions including safety procedures, safety signs, schedules, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and manufacturing standards and procedures in English.
• Perform entry‑level tasks with basic hand tools.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, climb stairs, and move equipment as needed.
• Must be comfortable in year‑round outdoor temperatures, in loud conditions, and working around moving mechanical equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working in an industrial or construction setting is preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
Starting at $19.94 per hour, then $21.00 per hour after 90 days

Schedule:

12‑hour rotating shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:
Nampa, Idaho – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
