What You’ll Do- Load aggregate materials into the ready-mix plant
- Maintain the yard and stockpiled materials
- Help keep operations safe, organized, and running efficiently
- Support additional yard and plant operations as needed
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., bend, and work outdoors in hot conditions
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed
