As an LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians’ orders.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Wear seat belts at all times while driving
• Keep dependable transportation in good working condition
• Ability to drive in all types of weather conditions
• Current valid license as an LPN in the state of employment
