The role includes working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, supporting labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and NICU care. We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the cutting-edge Nampa Family Birth Center in our Mother Baby unit!
This state-of-the-art facility offers:

• 14 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) suites, including 7 paired with NICU

• 8 private NICU suites

• 2 operating rooms (ORs) and 4 triage rooms

• An average of 110 deliveries per month
Our highly trained, dedicated team of nurses, staff, and providers is committed to delivering compassionate and exceptional patient care in a positive, collaborative, and safe environment.
What You can expect from this role:

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires

• This position cares for mothers/babies during the postpartum period

• Full-time night shift schedule (3x12s) with shift differential pay

• Additional PTO hours for night shift

• Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., RNC-OB)

Qualifications:



Education:

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)



Experience:

1+ years of RN experience required; currently seeking L&D or mother/baby experience



Licenses/Certifications:

- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross)
