Commercial Services Foreman

We are searching for a Commercial Services Foreman to support our growing team. You will manage a crew of 2-5 people on a commercial jobsite while supervising and ensuring the grounds are well maintained. Service routes should be completed timely while upholding Franz Witte’s high standard of quality and safety.

• Direct and lead a crew of 2-5 people
• Manage crew time and routes, track time accurately
• Operate power tools and equipment
• Accountable for proper care, maintenance, and use of all tools and equipment assigned to your team
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns; control weeds in beds
• Prune trees and shrubs
• Blow off hardscapes
• Maintain timely work attendance, attend safety meetings and facilitate training to crew
• Winter snow removal
• Work 10+ hours a day Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as the season requires

• Proficient English and communication skills with crew and clients
• Knowledgeable in operating all equipment and tools used on jobsites
• Experience in landscape services and plant care knowledge
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work outside in all 4 seasons
• Direct others and work safely as a team
• Apply pesticides when needed (primarily weed control and fertilizations)
• Valid driver’s license
