Certified RV Technician

As an RV Technician at Bretz RV & Marine, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV's. Whether you’re experienced or looking to start a new career, we are open to training the right individual who is motivated to learn and develop their skills in the RV industry.

• Perform inspections and assist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on RVs.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, appliances, slide-outs, and awnings (with training if needed).
• Install and upgrade RV components such as solar panels, satellite systems, and entertainment systems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain repairs and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication.
• Certification from RVTI or similar accreditation is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• We offer hands‑on training for individuals without RV repair experience.

• Be able to stand, walk or crouch for extended periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling frequently.
• Must be able to climb ladders.

• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturdays on rotation

• $25-39 per hour (Based heavily on prior experience and current RVTI certification level)
