We’re looking for a Rough HVAC Installer — someone who can help with duct runs, set furnaces, gas pipe, and work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade the right way.
What We’re Looking For:- HVAC experience a plus (1+ year preferred, not required)
- Basic understanding of ductwork, gas piping, and setting equipment
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
- Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
- $20/hr+ starting pay (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses
