Warehouse Associate – Entry Level – 2nd Shift

Join Ferguson as a Warehouse Associate (Entry Level, 2nd shift) working Monday‑Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist the team in keeping the facility safe and accident‑free.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE); this includes wearing a safety harness up to a 400‑lb maximum weight.

• 0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continuous focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range: $15.30 – $22.24 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
