As a Cloud Accounting Team Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing cloud accounting for Indigenous ease services.
Your role will involve streamlining full-cycle accounting operations, onboarding clients, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement. You will also be responsible for coaching team members while identifying new business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations of full cycle cloud accounting
• Ensure high-quality standards across engagements
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support lead bookkeepers in daily operations
• Network for business development and growth
Requirements:
• Accounting or Business Administration degree
• Minimum of 6 years in accounting/bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of related accounting processes
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software
• Strong management and relationship skills
