Position: MNP Manager for Indigenous EASE Services

MNP is looking for a Manager to champion the Indigenous EASE Services team, responsible for accounting operations, client onboarding, and team support. You will leverage technology to resolve engagement issues and drive the development of your team members. Cultivating relationships and networking for business opportunities are also key components of this role, as you aim to improve processes continually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage entire cycle of cloud accounting services

• Ensure quality and troubleshoot cloud accounting technology

• Build client relationships and understand their needs

• Mentor and manage lead bookkeepers effectively

• Promote process innovation and improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or related field

• 6 years' experience in accounting and bookkeeping

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles

• Experience with cloud-based accounting software preferred

• Excellent leadership and networking skills
