Step into the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk, where your focus will be on diligent account management and customer payment collections. Communication will be key in resolving account issues effectively.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports to the Office Manager and is tasked with overseeing customer payment processes while adhering to policies. You will actively monitor accounts for any collection needs, update management on the collection status, and engage directly with customers to facilitate payment arrangements. Your attention to organization will help in preparing reports for monthly and quarterly closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer payment transactions

• Monitor accounts for missed or partial payments

• Provide updates to management on collections

• Initiate recovery efforts to manage unpaid accounts

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to payments

Requirements:

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skill sets

• Experience in account collections preferred

• Familiarity with standard business operations
