Position: Senior Accountant for Indigenous Nations

This role demands strong full-cycle accounting experience while ensuring compliance with GAAP, PSAS, and IFRS standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete full cycle accounting operations

• Ensure compliance through accurate financial reporting

• Coordinate the preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Maintain effective relationships while mentoring staff

Requirements:

• CPA designation required; CAFM preferred

• Experience with full-cycle accounting processes

• Familiarity with Sage 300, QBO, or Xero

• Background with Indigenous communities preferred

• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
