Position: AR/AP Support Role at Norland

As an integral member of Norland Limited, you'll report to the Business Unit Controller and manage various accounts receivable and payables responsibilities. This includes generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer accounts. A detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with project teams and clients are essential in this fast-paced position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage invoices for rock quarry services

• Liaise with Project Managers for accurate invoicing

• Process accounts payable data entry

• Prepare intercompany statements as required

• Support monthly administrative tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Preferred 1 to 3 years AR/AP experience in construction

• Degree or diploma in Business or Accounting is a plus

• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel

• Prior experience with ERP systems like Infor LN

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
