The Payroll Administrator plays a vital role in processing full cycle payroll while handling payroll inputs, balances, and verifications. Your experience in complex payrolls, including union and year-end processes, will support our financial services across Vancouver Island and beyond. You will verify wages, manage attendance data, and post paychecks, all while being part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and process payroll information accurately
• Verify wages, deductions, and hours worked
• Document employee changes and maintain records
• Implement and monitor payroll processes effectively
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation preferred
• Minimum five years’ experience with complex payrolls
• Familiarity with Ultipro Software and payroll processing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
