Accountant Role with Tectonica Management

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA designation, along with at least three years of accounting experience, particularly in the construction sector. You will lead the Finance and Administrative team, ensuring proper financial governance and collaborating closely with management and project leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full cycle accounting and year-end preparation

• Oversee quality control for financial data

• Prepare payroll and T4s with attention to detail

• Analyze budgets and provide forecasts

• Develop policies to ensure compliance and protect assets

Requirements:

• CPA certification and Bachelor's degree required

• 3+ years in public accounting or construction

• Expertise in Sage 50 and advanced Excel skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
