Your responsibilities will include data entry, maintaining vendor files, and supporting daily revenue calculations. Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices efficiently and accurately
• Assist in reconciliations and daily deposit management
• Maintain and organize vendor and office files
• Prepare and verify daily financial reports
• Provide customer service support and general office upkeep
Requirements:
• 2+ years in administrative roles with A/P focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization
• Ability to handle occasional physical demands of the role
