As a crucial part of GMS and Slegg since 2018, you will promote a positive experience for customers and team members. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls, and providing administrative support. This full-time position offers a chance to thrive in a vibrant work culture until September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers professionally and warmly upon arrival
• Manage incoming telephone and fax messages
• Maintain sufficient office supplies and coffee stock
• Provide data entry support and general administrative duties
• Act as a company ambassador with excellent customer interaction
Requirements:
• Previous office or clerical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and show initiative
