The Inside Out Program is searching for a dedicated Program Assistant to manage administrative tasks essential for course delivery inside correctional institutions. Your focus will be on student services, community partnerships, and reporting processes. With a collaborative spirit, you will work closely with the Program Director, Financial Services, and various campus departments to uphold the program's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline contact for program inquiries

• Assist with course registration and maintain communications

• Process financial requisitions and ensure accuracy

• Order program supplies and manage events

• Create engaging promotional materials for outreach

Requirements:

• Office Administration certificate from an accredited institution

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency and database knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
