Position: WorkBC Employment Services Administrator
Become a vital contributor at WorkBC as an Employment Services Administrator. You will engage with clients, manage administrative operations, and leverage your organizational skills in a supportive environment.

This full-time role serves as the first touchpoint within the WorkBC Centre. As an Employment Services Administrator, you will manage reception tasks, assist clients with eligibility screenings, and support the daily operations of the team. Your diverse administrative responsibilities will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients seeking employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors courteously at reception

• Manage multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries

• Assist with in-person client registrations and screenings

• Provide information on community services and resources

• Track client employment outcomes and data entry

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in administration or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and customized databases

• Multilingual skills in English plus another language preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
