Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct contractor services on campus

• Maintain and organize various databases and reports

• Answer and screen calls for Facilities Services

• Respond to emergency situations efficiently

• Assist with budget management and administrative support

Requirements:

• One-year Office Administration certificate or equivalent

• Five years of asset management office experience

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with facilities operations and maintenance

• Valid class 5 BC Driver's License preferred
