In this role, you are expected to have a strong background in office administration with at least five years of related experience. Your focus will be on coordinating office needs, responding to emergencies, and liaising with various contractors. You will also manage access systems, enabling seamless operations on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the community with various inquiries and requests
• Oversee facility safety systems and monitor alarms
• Create and maintain work order and inventory systems
• Provide support to Facilities Services management
• Process key requests and administrative documentation
Requirements:
• Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience
• Five years in office administration or asset management
• Proven organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of emergency dispatching preferred
