As the first point of contact, you will facilitate day-to-day operations while building relationships with students and the community. Your expertise in cultural competency and problem-solving will enhance the experience for all who gather at Shq'apthut. You'll handle administrative tasks and ensure a respectful ambiance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate reception services and manage event logistics
• Handle maintenance and light cleaning duties
• Provide timely support and referrals for students
• Coordinate scheduling and engagements for Elders
• Oversee room bookings following established policies
Requirements:
• One-year Office Administration certificate or equivalent
• 1-3 years relevant experience in educational settings
• Knowledge of Indigenous diversities and protocols
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and creative tools
• Strong conflict resolution and communication abilities
