BCAA seeks passionate individuals to join its Nanaimo Auto Service Centre. In this role, you will act as the go-to advisor for Members, managing their vehicle repair experiences from start to finish. Effective communication and a knack for relationship management are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in customers promptly
• Serve as the primary contact for repair discussions
• Finalize repair estimates and secure Member approvals
• Organize appointment schedules efficiently
• Support parts management and inventory tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in automotive service roles
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Must lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Flexibility for weekend and varied shifts
