As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’re a key player in every Member’s experience when they entrust their vehicle to BCAA for repairs. From the time an appointment is booked through to its hand-over back to the Member, you’re responsible for the Member relationship. You’re an excellent listener, can manage conflict should it arise, and can translate technical information to members in a manner they will understand.

Once here, you will:
Greet and check-in customers entering your BCAA Automotive Service Centre.
Act as each Member’s trusted advisor when discussing needed repairs, costs, schedule, timeline and preventative maintenance.
Provide repair estimates and receive Member approval for work to be performed, finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up after the repaired vehicle has left the shop.
Book and maintain the appointment schedule.
Ensure ongoing and accurate communication among team members involved with any repair.
Perform shipping/receiving duties and assist in handling the flow of parts throughout the facility.
Maintain a solid understanding of all BCAA products, best practices, standards, policies and systems as well as industry knowledge and competitors’ offerings.
What you bring:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the automotive field as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Parts Advisor.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg), bend, reach, walk and stand for long periods of time.
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $46,768.44 to $58,460.52 determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
Eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
