This role places you at the helm of the service center, where effective leadership and automotive knowledge will enhance guest experiences. You'll engage with customers, oversee staff performance, and maintain operational standards. Your expertise will also involve light automotive maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicle safety and satisfaction for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily center operations and service delivery
• Lead and train a customer-focused team
• Conduct light automotive maintenance tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Ensure a clean and safe service environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Six months of supervisory or relevant training
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more occasionally
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
