Based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Simcott Developments has served mid-Island Vancouver Island since 2006. Simcott is proud to offer framing, concrete, and construction services to our clients and collaborators across the Island, with jobs ranging from Duncan to Campbell River year-round.
We are looking for a CONCRETE WORKER to join our team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS- MUST have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle
- Must have an attention to safety
- Dedication to reliability and teamwork
- Experience with concrete work within construction is an asset, but similar experience may be considered
- Strong leadership and a dedicated long-term team of workers
- Strong company reputation on the Island, leading to an abundance of active jobs
- 5 paid sick days
- Vacation pay after 90 days
- Proactive detail and diligence to Occupational Health and Safety Requirements & WHMIS
- Mileage compensation for jobs outside of the catchment area of Ladysmith to Qualicum
- Wages are competitive with similar jobs across British Columbia and commensurate with experience
